[SkyHub] 449.450 on Sunday 2021 0417

Greetings all,
The 449.450 repeater will not be connected to SkyHubLink Sunday morning the 17th.  The EOSS guys will be using it for their upcoming high altitude balloon flight.

The repeater will be reconnected to SHL after the conclusion of their operations.

All other SHL repeaters will be unaffected.
