Subject: equipment list
Hi Jack,
Okay, here is a partial list of gear I have to pass around.
* Collins 51J4 receiver (completely retuned and aligned at Collins in Cedar Rapids)
* Heath SB-10 SSB Adapter
* Heath HW-8 transceiver
* Hallicrafter SX-62 receiver
* Hammarlund HQ-110A receiver
* Johnson Viking Navigator transmitter
* Central Electronics 20A SSB exciter
* Kenwood R-1000 receiver (brand new in box)
* Icon IC24AT, modified to cover approx 220 - 600mhz continuously
* Icom IC-W32A handheld
* National NC-109 receiver
* National NC-173 receiver
* Hallicrafters S-40B receiver
All of the items are in “very” good condition. Some look almost new. I believe I have manuals for all. I would like to try and sell the 51J4, price negotiable, since I have approximately $1000.00 tied up in it. All the rest are free to a good home.
I also have a wide array of older vintage test equipment, audio and RF, also in good condition. I have transmitting and receiving tubes by the box fulls, many still in original boxes. 4-400s, 304tls, 866’s, 6146’s etc. I think I still have a couple sets of BC-610 coils (if anyone even knows what a BC-610 is)
I have many years of QST going back to the 1940’s. I have handbooks, some years multiple copies, paper and hardbound, just about every year going back to around 1950… a few earlier. I have many engineering books by the likes of Terman, etc.
I need to get rid of all of it since I plan to relocate in the next couple years.
Pass around the list and have anyone interested email me at janchadwell at gmail.com<mailto:janchadwell at gmail.com>.
Thanks Jack…. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Jan, W7KKD
