[SkyHub] Faa uas remote id requirements

Looking through the report and order, I do not see any specifications for
the ID broadcast (other than what it contains). They mention Bluetooth and
WiFi, but no protocol. Perhaps there is an industry standard for the
protocol? Without one, the ID seems to be of little use.
