Hi all,
Next Saturday, July 19, from about 1200 to 1600 UTC, the EME group of the
Delaware Valley Radio Association will host a visit to our club station,
W2ZQ, by a dozen or so members of the Mount Airy VHF Radio Club. Our
visitors are experienced weak-signal and VHF-savvy operators, but most are
not regulars on the EME scene.
We'll be showing off our 3 m and 4.6 m dishes and our 1296 MHz EME setup.
We will make some measurements of Sun noise and ground noise and do some
EME Echo tests. And for sure, we want to make some EME QSOs! If you are QRV
on 23 cm during these times, please look for us calling CQ, probably with
Q65-60C or Q65-30B, and give us some QSOs. We'll be on the HB9Q logger.

You don’t have to be a member of DVRA to join them.
Rick, W2JAZ
