[SJRA-Members] Fwd: ARRL's Demise

Costs are increasing I think because membership is decreasing and the clubs
I belong to are not able to recruit members to replenish loses of their
membership. Such is the case for members who are largely seniors on fixed
incomes.  The cost spread out among fewer members means increases. It is a
spiral downward. Must recruit more people into the ranks or else become
irrelevant.
