On June 3rd, Mike Slepian WBLKO and Dave King W2DJK, both members of SJRA
will be in Cape May, NJ at the Coast Guard Auxiliary Meeting Hall working a
pop-up Ham Radio Station. The main purpose of this is the 84th Anniversary
of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, in which they are both Communication
Officers. They will be transmitting from the Hall on Saturday June 3,
2023, from 1100 hrs. through approximately 1600 hrs.

The frequencies they will use are 7.240Mhz, 14.320Mhz, 28.400Mhz and 10
Meters, if available.

This is not a contest. It is an opportunity to tell those contacted about
the Coast Guard Auxiliary, its various programs, and +Communications
program.

During this event, AUXCOM/HAM DAY, they will use call signs provided by the
ARRL. Dave King will be W2K. There will, hopefully, be other Coast Guard
Auxiliary Hams available.

They look forward to talking to as many of our fellow Hams as possible.
