In using the remote station thi morning and actually working some DX on CW
I found that there were occasional glitches. It turns out that the Server
software was updated just before Christmas and in January they released an
update of the Client software. If you are using the remote station please
download and use the latest version of the Client software from Remote Hams
as it seems more stable.
