Anyone need a great tower, for an excellent price?

I have a US Tower HDX-572 in excellent shape that you could acquire for 
a small fraction of its new price.  They are currently $19,950 at HRO.

The tower is currently in use at my Princeton, NJ, QTH, but will be 
taken down soon.  Optionally, any deal could include any or all of an M2 
Orion-2800 rotor, 24-ft chromoly mast, M2 6M7 Yagi for 6 meters, and a 
Mosley TA-31 rotatable dipole for 20, 15, and 10 meters.
