Arrival: Parade groups are to arrive at the Marlton Greene Shopping
Center, 36 West Route 70, Marlton, NJ between 10:30-11:15 am on Sunday, July
4th. When arriving, all groups shall enter the shopping complex via the
entrance points from Route 70. The entrance points from Main Street will
not be accessible. The below map will guide your arrival.

*	Red arrows demonstrate entrance points from Route 70.
*	Arriving groups shall contact the staff at the area marked with blue
box #7. You will check in and will be guided to your group's staging
position.
*	Vehicles not being driven in the parade or required for parade
supplies shall be parked in the area marked "Coned off Overflow Parking."
*	Each staging area, as illustrated below, will be marked with an
orange cone. The cone will be affixed with a number that correlates with
the below map. If your group is assigned staging area 37, you will stage in
the area of the parking lot with the cone marked #37. Uniformed police
officers and event volunteers will be in this area to assist you should you
need guidance for the staging area assigned for your group. Groups assigned
to staging areas 1-12, will stage on West Main Street, this area too will be
marked with orange cones with the numbers 1-12 marked on the cones.
*	Groups with large vehicles shall stage the large vehicles in the
area marked, "Large Vehicle Staging." The large vehicles will be parked in
this area and will merge with your group as your group exits the staging
area. Ensure when parking large vehicles in this area that you are parked
east of the parking lot entrance, so as to not block groups as they exit the
parking lot/staging area. Arriving large vehicle shall enter the area from
Route 73 at West Main Street.
*	At 11:30 am, staff will check with each staged group to ensure your
group is in place and ready to begin the parade. After this check, please
have your group remain together in the staging area until directed to move
down the parade route.
*	At 12:00 pm, the groups staged on West Main street will begin
parading east on Main Street. Direction and spacing between groups will be
provided by event staff at the intersection of Main Street and Maple Ave,
marked with blue box 1.
*	Groups shall maintain spacing as they parade down Main Street,
proper spacing is 60 feet between groups. Please slow down or speed up your
groups to maintain the 60 feet of spacing. Event staff will be positioned
along the parade route to assist you with spacing.
*	As groups 1-12 begin, event staff will begin moving groups from the
parking lot/staging area onto West Main Street. Groups in positions 13-60
shall not proceed to West Main Street until being told to do so by event
staff.

Parade Route: The parade will move east on Main Street, from Maple Ave to
Plymouth Drive. Once groups pass Plymouth Drive the parade will end. If
your groups elects, you can have a transport vehicle pick you up at the end
of the parade route. They will park east of Plymouth Drive so as to not
block traffic. They will leave the area by continuing east on Main Street
towards Evans Road. To get back to the staging area, they will need to
drive Main Street, make a right onto Evans Road, make a right onto Brick
Road, make a right onto Route 73, make a right on to Route 70 and pull into
the parking area for the Marlton Greene Shopping Center.
