[SJRA-Members] TRI-EX LM-470 Tower and/or Sections Wanted

I am looking for a TRI-EX LM-470 tower for my home QTH.  I have a couple 
of leads including an LM-354.  If anyone has an LM-470 or HM-354 with an 
undamaged section 8(23" on each of the three sides), I could cobble the 
four sections together.  Also, -if anyone has directions/drawings for 
fabricating the base from scratch that would also be helpful.  I have 
dreamed of putting up a Crank-Up/Tilt-Over and finally have the survey, 
engineering and tentative green-light for obtaining a permit to build.  
Now that I just need a tower/sections/base/Tilt-Over accessory.
