Hi all,

I am so sorry to hear of John Fogleboch's passing.  John was a great 
club member and a conscientious helper to other hams, in so many ways.

His extensive series of articles in Harmonics was superb.  I'll copy 
here a note I wrote to John in December 2015, in appreciation of that 
series:

Hi John,

This brief note is to convey my thanks and a hearty "Well Done!" for 
your "Ham Tech" series in Harmonics.  I look forward to reading your 
piece, every month.  Your descriptions of a wide variety of topics 
relevant to hams are always clear, concise, and accurate.  They surely 
help to improve the technical understanding of radio for all hams who 
read them.

Bravo!!  ... and best wishes for the season.
