I have one similar to the one below. Looks like same chassis with a different label. I think I got the 1w one. It worked too good, I stopped using it. I wanted full quieting across my property. That was hard to achieve on lowest power setting. I had to increase slightly. Once I had it full quieting on my property, then I heard it over a mile away from my house at times. The regulations are not on transmitter output power but field strength. I had no way to measure that. I stopped using mine, but prefer to keep it. This one may work for you.

SJRA members,
Our Church is in need of a small FM transmitter for the broadcast band and they asked me if I could help.
At one time I had such and animal but it either got tossed or buried in the junk! The idea is our pastor can deliver the sermon to and empty Church and the members can listen outside in the parking lot on their car radios.
If anyone has anything they're willing to part with (for a price) please email directly.
