[SJRA-Members] Announcement: March General Membership Meeting

All,

Like everyone else we will have to make adjustments for the safety and
protection of our membership. The meeting at the Gibson House has been
changed to an online WebEx experience. In short "DO NOT GO TO THE GIBSON
HOUSE ON MARCH 25th! Pass the word to others.

 

In order to make it smooth for everyone to get online on Wednesday, I will
be hosting a practice session on Tuesday 7:30 to 9:00 PM. If you never have
use WebEx or have trouble this will be the time log and get everything
figured out.

 

On Wednesday (meeting night) we don't want to spend a lot of time getting
everyone online. I will start the WebEx early on both days so that everyone
can get settled in and online.

 

Keep in mind this is the first time we are conducting an SJRA meeting in
this fashion. There will be some wrinkles, please be patient. I use WebEx
all of the time this will be the largest group that I have used. Should be
interesting.

 

Directions and meeting credentials will follow.
