SJRA FIELD DAY 2020

 

FOR STATIONS PARTICIPATING AS K2AA USING VPN NETWORKING - 

SCHEDULE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN FOR SATURDAY, JUNE 27TH

 

We will be meeting online using Zoom for setup, testing, and throughout the
contest.

Details of the Zoom meeting are below.

SATURDAY

11:00 am - 12:30 pm  Setup and testing

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm    Lunch Break

1:30 pm                       Roll Call

2:00 pm                       Field Day Begins

SUNDAY

2:00 pm                       Field Day Ends

 

All starting ops must be online and checked in at 1:30 pm

All participants MUST check-in to the Zoom meeting by 12 Noon, even if your
time slot is later or on Sunday.

 

Participants are requested to have their network connected computers running
N1MM Logger+ online and connected at the end of the contest on Sunday at 2
pm.

A final resynchronization will be performed to update all logs and make sure
we have all QSOs.  If you cannot be online on Sunday at 2 pm, please let us
know.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE USING ZOOM FOR THIS MEETING AND NOT WEBEX.

 

If you are already a Zoom user and have a Zoom ID, you will be familiar with
this.

If not, you may download and install the Zoom software on your PC or mobile
device.  Instructions are given below after the meeting details.

It is highly recommended that you install Zoom on the PC you will use for
logging during Field Day, or another one close by.

If you use a phone or a tablet, we will still be able to converse with you
but you won't have the screen sharing ability.

If you join by another method or call in via telephone, you will need to use
