[SJRA-Members] Using WSJT-X for FT8 on the K2AA Remote Station

Thanks to John Hill, W2HUV who caught a problem that had been identified by
others using the RCforb Client software and WSJT-X to run FT8 remotely. I'm
attaching a tutorial John created that walks you through how to clear up
this problem.
