Hi,It several months , multiple meeting, too many emails and finally over 50 phone calls.
It is now more up to date for the changing times in ham radio.

It is more concise  and less ambiguous.
Thanks to the committee of Sue Nagy, Tony Canuso, and Rick Lawn.
