Hi Matt,
Thanks for the net data.  I have a couple of questions.  What is the averaging time for your model, the time you start dropping out old data points?  If it is too long you don’t see emerging trends and if too short you don’t get much smoothing.  I wonder if there may be some of these effects in some of the data.  Second, does head count really measure the success of the swap nets whose purpose is to buy and sell things.  Wouldn’t number of transactions and total sales dollars be a better measure? 

 I have some ideas regarding the net schedule but will hold off on them until I see significant progress on the repeaters long over due implementation of WiresX.  I am loosing patience with the Board on resolving the repeater completion delays, since early 2016, fixing our embarrassing web site and a few other issues.  See you at the next club meeting.
