On behalf of the adhoc Bylaws committee I am pleased to distribute to you the results of the committee's work. The revision is the culmination of many hours of work by the committee and in consultation with the Board and a number of members outside the Board. The older document had not been revised in about 12 years. The new version has now been approved and should be useful in guiding the activities of the club for the next several years.  The committee is grateful to all of those who took the time to help.
