[SJRA-Members] SJRA Mtg on 9/25: Video and Audio improvements to UberConference

Good Morning Fellow SJRA Members,

Thank you for the feedback regarding the remote conferencing pilot which
was used for the first time during the General Meeting on 8/28.  As a
result of that feedback,* the 9/25 General Meeting will be available to
members remotely as a video conference* instead of simply an audio
conference.  And two wireless microphones will be available to those in
attendance since their voices were difficult to hear for those listening in
remotely.  This will have the added benefit of making it easier for all of
us in the room to hear each other.

Using UberConference, users can join the 9/25 video conference by phone or
web beginning at 7:15 PM and it will continue until the end of the
meeting.  For the best experience, we suggest accessing the conference via
the web so you can enjoy the live stream. However, you will continue to
have the option of simply calling in on the phone so you can listen to the
meeting if you don't have access to a computer, tablet, or smart phone
while the meeting is taking place. *Google Chrome is the suggested web
browser and I wouldn't recommend using any other.* You can download Google
Chrome for free at any number of sites including:

An email will be sent to members using the SJRA Member Listserve with the
credentials to access the video conference. *You'll need to enter a Pin #
which will be unique to each meeting.*  If you'd like that email to also be
sent to an email address other than the one you're looking at now, please
