Hello Fellow SJRA Members,

It is that time of year again to prepare for the annual SJRA Holiday Party 

SJRA Holiday Party (and General Meeting)

When Wed, December 18, 7:00pm - 9:30pm

The dinner will be served buffet style, appetizers are provided before the
dinner, provided by  the SJRA Board of Directors. there will be a selection
of 3 entrees and 2 veg along with salad and rolls, Drinks,  along with
coffee and desserts.  


SJRA customarily picks up the cost of server, and the extra cost for the
dinner,  Tax, Gratuity. 

 

The Cost Per person is $15.00 



If you are unable to attend after giving a commitment to be there, we will
have 5 days prior to party to remove you and adjust quantity with Caterer, 

we (SJRA) are charged for the quantity we provide a week before hand not how
many show up night of party.  Please keep that in mind if unable to make it
. 



Payment can be made at the door or to Roy Herman at the next general meeting
via check, Cash or via pay Pal. 
 If you plan on paying ahead of time to Roy please  email me that you are
attending and how many.
