[SJRA-Members] Auction Clarification

I need to clarify one aspect of the auction concerning items brought by
members. You should bring a 3x5 card with your call sign, name of item, and
your reserve price if you have a minimum acceptable bid in mind. *DO NOT*
attach the card to the item. Give the card to the auctioneer at the time of
the auction.
