Dear SJRA members,
I am desperately seeking someone who can help  me  program  my BaoFeng 8- WATT handheld radio so I can get on the air. I've been trying for hours with no success - I'm ready to jump off a bridge.  I believe that I have the proper programming cable and CHIRP SOFTWARE ON MY LAPTOP. If someone can help me, I will bring my radio, cable, and laptop to the next meeting, 3/28/18.
