[SJRA-Members] Help in programming BaoFeng BF-F8HP radoio

SJRA members,
I need help in programming my BaoFeng BF-F8HP 8 WATT radio using CHIRP.  I've spent hours trying to get this radio programmed. I downloaded the most current version of CHIRP and carefully followed the instructions. I also used U-tube for assistance. I have the proper cable for the 8-Watt radio.
Does anyone have experience using CHIRP TO program handheld radios. I will bring my laptop, the radio, and cable to the next meeting if someone will help me.  Please email me at "gwbdab11 at comcast.net", or call me 856 430 2693 prior to the next meeting.
