[SJRA-Members] Question about APRS

So far, I have been getting errors while trying to install the drivers and programs to run the RTL SDR. Things like command not found and no dictionary found. I think it has to do with where I run a command through the bash shell terminal. Honestly, I am not very familiar with Linux and the command style format. The PDF which I was directly copying the commands from outline all the steps but it seems to be more for experienced people. Thank you.
