We have determined that the Gibson House is booked by another organization
on Dec 14 and Dec 13, so we need to find another date.

Apparently Dec 12 is available and Dec 21 is also available.  Could each
person/group interested in coming please send an email to kv2rrich at gmail.com
indicating his availability to make it on Dec 12 and on Dec 21.  Sorry
about the confusion.  We need to make a decision soon.
