[SJRA-Members] Suggest using http://www.dxsummit.fi/ to track K2AA/100 spots

All spots go thru the DX clusters they show up almost immediately. 

The best program to use is not a web site but the actual DX Cluster software
Post a spot it will show up seconds later.

I believe that DX Summit is the fastest source of our spots.  I works fine
for both K2AA/100 and your callsign/100.
