I operated Single Operator, FM only using a vertical for 146 / 223 / 446.  For 6 meter I used a horizontal loop with a random length of about 225 feet feed with an auto-tuner at the feed point.  I rarely called CQ as when I do the neighbors usually answer.  I listened to 4 transceivers at once.  3 were fixed on one frequency, the 2 meter one was scanning. I listed South Jersey Radio Assn as my club.  Here is the band breakdown.
