[SJRA-Members] slingshot request

Okay I have struck out with a sling shot. Anyone have a golf ball launcher, potato launcher, a quad copter to lift a line over a tree to put up a long wire antenna. Landlord says it is okay but needs to be done soon. Stealthy is important. Want to get on HF. I have a single long wire antenna which needs
to get over the top of a nearby tree. It is 73 foot long. I have to rope, I have the antenna but not way to put one up. Any suggestions. Please help needed.

Bob,

The State of NJ
current law considers a slingshot a weapon ( NJ Statutes, Title 2C section 39-1,
subsecton "r" defines a slingshot as a weapon -
http://law.onecle.com/new-jersey/2c-the-new-jersey-code-of-criminal-justice/39-1.html),
therefore I don't expect any one will offer one. Assembly Bill A4434 was
introduced in May 2015 (https://legiscan.com/NJ/bill/A4434/2014 and
http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2014/Bills/A4500/4434_I1.HTM) to have "slingshot"
no longer classified as a weapon, but it is moving at the speed of "government".
All of these quoted sites are a quick stroll through google. I reserve the
right to be wrong.

There are alternatives, like a potatoe launcher might yeild
less trouble with the local law.

Regards,

Burton -
