My friend will be operating from TX3X starting around 2 October and ending
12 October. I don't yet have an HF antenna up, but would like to work that
DXpedition. Location is Chesterfield Island, near New Zealand in the South
Pacific. Times, whenever propagation works for that part of the world. I
expect 20 or 40 are the best options. Anyone sponsor a visitor to work
them? CW probably best.
Details of the activity at: TX3X.com on the web. The "Operating Plan" tab
has lots of useful information including a propagation table that can be
set for your station, showing times and signal strengths to be expected.
There is also a planned frequency list and some hints about "how to work
them."
I can't make tonight's meeting, please email if you can help.
Thanks,
