[SJRA-Members] SJRA Christmas Party Dec 9 - Deadline for Sign-ups Is At Hand

Please don't forget to sign up for the SJRA Christmas party on December 9
at 7 pm at the Gibson House.  The deadline for signups is Wednesday
December 2.  This is the only way we can give an accurate person count to
the caterer.  Interested persons can sign up  by calling or emailing KV2R
Rich (856-772-6475 or kv2rrich at gmail.com) or possibly by joining the Monday
night net on the K2AA repeater.  Unfortunately we generally will not be
able to accommodate for the dinner persons who do not sign up in advance.

The regular business meeting and awards ceremony will follow.  Note the
meeting is on the second Wednesday due to Gibson House availability.

The menu for the dinner (provided this year by Villa Catering) includes the
following:

   - Hot Roast Beef                                                 Cole
   Slaw
   - Chicken Marsala                                               Potato
   Salad
   - Tossed Salad and Rolls                                    Whipped
   Potatoes
   - Green Beans Almondine                                   Pasta Primavera

In addition SJRA will provide an SJRA cake, coffee, and soft drinks.
The $15.00 price per person will be collected at the door,  We are looking
forward to a wonderful dinner with good conversation, followed by the
traditional year-end meeting.
