All,

I hope this email gets distributed to all SJRA members but I do not know if
it will but at least I will try.

The Burlington County Radio Club is holding a CW and General Class beginning
September 9, 2014 at the Tabernacle Emergency Services Build, 134 New Road,
Tabernacle NJ, 08088. The building is just behind Nixon’s General Store.

CW classes will start at 7:00 PM and last ½ hour until 7:30 PM. No prior
knowledge of CW is required, just a desire to learn Morse code. Bring paper
and pen/pencil and be ready to copy code. The classes are free.

The General class will start at 7:30 and last until the material to be
presented is covered or 9:30 PM which ever comes first. Prior knowledge of
Technician Class level or equivalent is expected. The class will be $25.00
for the ARRL General Class book which is also available from the ARRL. The
testing fee for the exam after the class is $15.00. If you provide your own
book, only the $15.00 test fee will be collected.

In order to get a license for the General level you must have passed the
Technician class exam. If you do not have a Technician license, you will be
given credit for the General Class test. We will be giving a test session
after the classes end and all class level tests will be available so you
would be able to take the Technician test as well.

If you are interested in the classes, contact me at: ak2s at arrl.net as soon
as possible for reservations and so suitable arrangements can be made.

The classes are available to any interested individual.

73, (Best Regards)
