Frank Donovan, W3LPL, says 10 and 12 meter propagation could improve

significantly for up to ten days. The Penticton 10.7 cm observed solar

flux index jumped to 207 in Tuesday's 2300Z report, driven by the rapid

growth of large active region 4551. Conditions across low, middle, and

high latitudes may remain enhanced until the region rotates behind the

visible disk late next week.
