Yes.  That’s what they are saying and that’s how I was able to work them last night on 40 FT8.

OPERATIONAL UPDATE

 

While many may have seen a notice about a SuperFox key being issued by

the NCDXF, the team has decided Not to use SuperFox FT8 and will continue

using F/H.

The main points are to call above 1,000 and set the software to hound

mode. Not really complicated, but many are calling below 1,000 and even

on the 3Y0K TX frequency. They will never get a QSO and are clogging

up the system.
