Hi Steve,
You can purchase a splitter with an built-in amp to make up for the loss of splitting the antenna signal. DX Engineer has a unit:

ELAD ASA15 Amplified Antenna Splitters PF-ASA15

The other way is to buy a 75 ohm TV spittler and a small HF receiver amp.
