Here’s
another thing that is easy to miss. This year, they also want you to include a score
summary file in addition to your Cabrillo log.
You
can find the template on the top of the rules page. It’s the 3rd
red bulleted item at the top of the page:

Subject: [SJDXA] NJQP wrap up
Hi SJDXAers!
I hope everyone had a chance to play around in the NJQP
yesterday. My entry this year was somewhat curtailed due to all sorts of
reasons ("stuff" happens!). But it's in the books. Recap
below.
If you were able to get in the contest, don't forget to get the
Cabrillo file to the Burlington County Radio Club as soon as possible and send
me a recap of your score (or send it to the SJDXA email address) to add to the
archives.
This year there was a change/clarification of rules regarding out
of state members' scores being counted towards Club Aggregate score. They
will no longer be counted in the Club score, but I hope you were able to
participate and maybe win the Out of State plaque or a state certificate.
I assume other clubs whined. hihi
I also want to congratulate Bob, N2OO on a great score.
TreeeeMendous!! It's gotta be a record and stand for a while. Or at
least until next year.
AGAIN. Don't forget to send in your entry!! The job ain't
over until the paperwork is done.
