JTALERT 
windows defender....false virus alert
i was at rev 2-80-2...
jtalert failed to run ...lost "destination" msg on start from 
desktop icon.
windows defender had just been updated...
and it reported a virus  in the "hamapps"folder ....
a false alert..
it removed jtalert..
i was able to install 2-80-0 beta ok...
got a  tip from the jtalert groups to exclude "hamapps" folder
procedure below...
i did this...and was able to reinstall 2-80-2 ok
jtalert runs ok now...
