Just to bring you up to date, I just finished a tortuous project uploading the advance donors to LoTW.  I uploaded all SJDXA members QSOs to LoTW in the process. SJDXA was a donor. 

The QSL cards have been ordered. I also understand that they were just mailed from Ukraine by Gennady. So they should be here in 1-4 weeks.  You never know. 

The basic plan for a QSL party is simply divide up the labels and blank qsls and have everyone peel and stick to the cards and envelopes. Prep each envelope for mailing with appropriate postage and return address. 

Since they used 3 calls, there will be 3 different QSL cards. So we might have a sort process as well in order to save on postage. We can put multiple call cards together in one envelope.  I’m thinking about a way to do this.  Have a few ideas.  

Sorry, I can’t give you a date yet. But I am looking at a Saturday at the WYRS/SJDXA site. All day.  Will provide lunch, drinks and snacks.

A big thanks especially to W2CG, K8PT, W2ARP, who did a magnificent job sleuthing the donor PayPal files without calls. By doing everything from regular name searches to doing google translate usually Japanese to English to come up with a name or city etc to qrz name search, we were all able to locate perhaps 90% of the missing calls. Then I used the final call list to create LoTW files.  Great job and also thanks to the others who. Volunteered to help
