SJDXA members,
PLEASE READ through this carefully. THANKS….
PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS LIST OUTSDE OF OBARC AND SJDXA MEMBERSHIP FOR NOW. THANKS.
For the past few weeks, myself, Bob N2HM, Tom N2XW and Leo KD2LAY inventoried the items in the NA2R estate.
We have been working closely with the heir/executor and their family. We are now ready to start offering the items for sale.
The family wanted us to offer these items to members of John’s “LOCAL” clubs (OBARC and SJDXA) first.
Beth and HM know the family from family/friend connections for many years.
As you will see, the list is quite long. There is something for everyone.
Here is how we are going to do this.
Please look through the list carefully. If there is anything that you would like to buy, please let me know ASAP.
I will try to answer any questions that you may have.
We are not bringing people to the place where these items are stored for many reasons. If you are interested in anything, one of us will pick up the item and bring it either to a meeting, or to the WYRS site where you will be able to physically look at it, and if appropriate, test it.
For OBARC and SJDXA members, payment can be by CASH, CHECK or VENMO. I will provide the info when you tell me your interest.
Nothing (except the Elecraft K3) has been tested (as noted).
The newer radios should be working fine. They all look very clean. The older vintage radios might need careful attention. Some look very clean. We simply do not know which ones John may have refurbished. So, be aware.
There are many accessories, antennas as well. We still have some things to inventory, but this should be nearly all the electronics and antennas.
This will be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
Please make a REASONABLE offer for anything you would like to buy. There are plenty of places for research online.
Many have manuals, but we have not dug into the files for them yet. But we will try. IN any event, all manuals SHOULD be available online if they can’t be located.
