make sure in WSJT that your xmit audio source, mode (I use Data/Pkt) is correct. If not there then make sure the rig is set up to reflect the Mode setting (i.e. on the ICOM make sure under Menu->Set->Connectors->Data Mod is set appropriately). Hopefully helps.
