Just a little reminder. If you have any IRCs on hand, check the expiration date. There is one group that expires 12/31/2021 (this Friday).
I've attached information about how to exchange them. I just visited my post office and the clerk had never seen an IRC in 17 years of working there. I gave him the instruction sheet and I was out in 5 minutes. Again, my thanks to Steve KU9C who provided the step-by-step to me in 2017.
