Hi SJDXA members 
I got this message from fellow SJDXA member Peter K8PT last week in response to our scheduled zoom meeting. Looks like he had a really bad home event. We will all be keeping Peter and his XYL in our thoughts and prayers while they go through this. 

On July 11th a storm came thru Philly. It knocked down 3 of our neighbors trees (huge 100-150 feet oaks and beech). One directly on our house and one brushed one side. It took out the back of the third and 2nd floors. All antennas gone.
At this time we can only be in the house during the day to allow insurance, various workers in. Can't sleep here. So we generally move back to our VRBO about 8 pm....hence my not being able to participate.
We were all in the house and no one was hurt. Thank you Lord. The tree that hit us full on is estimated to be 75 tons.
That's the short version. It will be months and months till its all back together.
Good news I still have RHR...hi.
