[SJDXA] DX update

Someone told me that he worked EZ4A in the WPX yesterday. Last I heard, Turkmenistan was not authorizing amateur radio operations. Apparently EZ4A had quite a pileup. Anyone have any intel on this? Pirate? Unauthorized operation from the club station? Real, legitimate operation?
