[SJDXA] solar panel RFI

I'm trying to get ahead of the issue.  My neighbor across the street has solar installers there.  I called the company to see if they put any sort of RFI abatement on their installation and got a curt NO.  
 Anybody in the group have any experience with handling the problem?
