W3LPL, Frank Donovan, again says "An unexpected major surge in 
sunspot activity is likely to produce some of the best HF 
propagation of Solar Cycle 25 during most of [today]. Excellent 
solar maximum propagation is likely to continue during most days in 
December and January with a few scattered degraded days during each 
week."
