Subject: [SJDXA] N2OO CQWW CW score

SJDXA gang,

Had a fun contest from here. Best score I think I ever had. Conditions on the high bands were very good. 160 was not good but 80 and 40 were decent.

Decided to search and pounce mostly on Friday night and Saturday. Then, ran CQ a lot on Sunday, especially on 10 meters, then 15 and 20.

My primary focus was looking for new DXCC and Zones (multipliers). That part paid off with pretty high results working over 100 on each band 40-20-15-10. Pretty surprised at the 137 DXCC on 20.

Also, noticed that I worked 39 out of 40 zones overall (38 on 20). Only missed zone 23. (JT was on but I never heard him).

Put in a butt aching 35.5 hours in the chair. Best CW run was on 10 meters on Sunday at 177/hour. 3 Q’s per minute for a full hour run into Europe.

Ran the full KW with the OM2000HF and it ran flawlessly.

I even managed to put up my 160 inverted L last week so I could work whatever was available there. It had been down for a couple of years.
