I thought the number of NJ stations was down this year. Lots of great activity from the SJDXA
and a handful of other faithful. I did poorly this year, Q's way down and score almost a 1K less.
It was not from a lack of trying and conditions were just fine. The same spirit that exists within the SJDXA and FRC is very much present
in the entire state of Florida for our QSO party. I think the NJQP just needs to be encouraged and advertised more to all of the NJ clubs. There are also many good sized radio clubs all over the state including the most southern counties. I may have missed one of my three missing counties but not all of them. A few good mobile stations could have a lot of fun covering the hard to work counties. All that said it was fun working all my old friends.
PS: When I filled out the 3830 form my autofills listed the FCG rather than the SJDXA, I resubmitted the correction but it those changes are manually done and it has not yet been fixed. It was corrected when I submitted my log to the NJQP. BTW, logs MUST BE SUBMITTED TO njqp at comcast.net <mailto:njqp at comcast.net> by OCT 1st TO BE COUNTED.
Thank you all for the Q's.
