[SJDXA] Strange Story

" The Strangest part of the story is there is no real picture of their radio
antenna on the internet."
Not so. There absolutely are pictures of it on the internet if you know
where to look and how to look for it.
Start here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WJLX
In the box on the right are the lat/lon of the transmitter. Even if they're
not on Wikipedia, these are always registered with the FCC. It's part of
the license requirement. As I understand it, they must be accurate down to 1
arc second.
Using those coordinates in Google Maps, you can easily find the tower:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/33%C2%B048'54.0%22N+87%C2%B016'19.0%22W/@3
3.8151488,-87.2720359,64m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m4!3m3!8m2!3d33.815!4d-87.271944?hl
=en&entry=ttu
You can clearly see the tower, the shadow of the tower pointing to the NW,
the transmitter shelter, and the STL antenna near the top of the tower
(maybe about 180'-190').
You can also see it here on Bing Maps:
https://www.bing.com/maps?cp=33.815042%7E-87.271765&lvl=19.9&style=h
This picture was taken in the late afternoon so the tower shadow is not
running ENE.
It's also marked on OpenStreetMap but there are no satellite photos here:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=jasper%2C%20al#map=17/33.81487/-8
7.27226
Not as clear but here's another satellite view:
https://satellites.pro/Jasper_map.Alabama_region.USA#33.815049,-87.271627,19
I took a course in college called "Air Photo Interpretation" and it's come
in useful when looking for and identifying things in satellite and aerial
photos.
The "amazing" part is that all the media outlets will run this kind of utter
nonsense because it sounds so incredible but not a single one will take 5
minutes to look into it. Old school journalists have a saying: "If your
mother tells you she loves you, get a second source."

The Strangest part of the story is there is no
real picture of their radio antenna on the internet.
I searched on the web and could not come up with
a picture of the actual antenna.
