Find attached a new list of items from Jim's estate.

Sharing with OBARC and SJDXA members first.

If you are interested in any of these items, please let me know.

Prices will be very reasonable. Looking to move them out.

There could be a few more things. Jim also had many homebrew items that will
be free for anyone interested.
