If I missed anybody, please let me know.
There will be 3 different QSL cards, one for each call CB0ZA CB0ZW and
CB0ZEW.
Today I printed approximately 10,000 labels altogether. (Three batches. One
for each call) and did the LoTW upload for them.
I have decided to make a slight change in our set up.
We will divide each batch of labels in half and have two groups of 3 people
process the labels instead of one group of 3 people (as previously
described). I think it will be more efficient this way, especially with the
group that we will have there.
The remaining people will handle the Stuff/Seal envelope, add return address
(rubber stamp or sticker) and apply correct postage (US or Int'l), and put
into outgoing mail tub neatly.
Due to space limitations, we may have to split into two different rooms.
Not sure yet. TBD.
Finally, I have NO idea how long this project will take. So at least some of
us may need to stay late or return on Sunday. But we won't know this until
we get into the project on Saturday because this "process" with 3 calls and
heavy OQRS is new for us. I realize that some of you are travelling and will
need to head home before dark. So, we will figure this all out there "on the
fly".
The DXpedition team will provide us with lunch (order/delivery) and dinner
is we stay late.
We will also have drinks in the fridge and some snacks.
73!
