Time to restock before the price goes up. 

The "U.S. Postal Service Proposes New Prices for 2024", which if 
approved would take effect January 21, 2024. For Hams in the US 
this would increase first class postage from 66 to 68 cents and 
international letters from $1.50 to $1.55. Details can be found at
